Q – Do I get to choose the date and time I receive cleaning services?
We will work with the client to schedule a date/time that works for both your schedule and that of the cleaner.
Q – Can I reschedule my cleaning service?
Yes. We understand that life gets busy and that obligations arise for everyone. We will reschedule your services to another date that works for both the client and cleaner. We do ask that if you need to cancel your service, that you try and give us one days notice.
Q- What should I do before the cleaner arrives?
We ask that clients have toys and clothing picked up off the floor, dishes put away and surfaces free of clutter. This allows for the cleaner to spread their time out productively, to get as much cleaning done as possible during your service.
Q- What cleaning gets done during a service?
With each client comes different needs, that is why we discuss what you would like done during a service upon our initial meeting. When we arrive to start your scheduled service, the cleaner will confirm with you the chores/tasks that were previously discussed, to see if that is still what is needed. If the client needs to make changes to the tasks they need done that is fine. The cleaner will manage their time accordingly.
Q- What happens if something gets damaged during a service?
We understand that your belongings are valuable and important to you. That is why our cleaners make it a priority to work carefully and with caution when completing our tasks. However, accidents do happen and if an item was to get damaged, Thoroclean would offer to replace the item or pay to have the item fixed.
Q- Do I have to be home during a cleaning service?
That is up to the client. Clients have the options to stay in the house or leave while the service is taking place. We do ask that if you choose not to be at the house upon the cleaners arrival, that you provide them with a key or door code to enter the home.
Q- What happens if my regular scheduled cleaning date falls on a holiday?
Thoroclean’s business hours do not include evenings or holidays. If your scheduled cleaning service falls on a holiday the cleaner will discuss another date within that week to complete the cleaning for you.
